Lovin' the tie flip book idea! So glad I found you this morning. I hear you on the retention thing. I have a kiddo this year that so needs to stay in 1st for one more year (he is going to sink in 2nd) . . . but, alas, they said no :(. Pop in for a visit if you find a moment.
